The “Nearly on the” Beach Concert is a
popular 2-day family music event held on the
Stade Open Space on Hastings seafront.
For more than 30 years the Beach Concert
has been the opening event of
Hastings Old Town Carnival Week.
The weekend is all about having fun,
experiencing great live music and
raising money for three local charities:
Pett Level Rescue Boat,
Hastings Sea Cadets
Hastings RNLI
Being a coastal town, these organisations
play an important role in our lives.
All the bands, committee, staff, stewards and
collectors give their time for free, and all the
profits from the bar are donated as well.
We have collectors out over the weekend,
a great merchandise stall,
locally-made pastries
and an excellent catering concession.
We are a free event so please give generously.
